    When creating a custom polo cap, your design or logo upload will be embroidered to the hat. This allows you to make your cap unique, while representing your brand or company. If you're not looking for just polo hats, we have a wide variety of hats on our custom caps page.

    Technical Specifications
    When you upload a digital logo, it needs to be "stitch-ready". This allows the machines to sew onto polo hats. If you purchase six (6) or more caps of any one style, we can do this work for you. We will convert your logo into a rich, three demensional, embroidery format absolutely free. If you purchase less than 6, a $50 fee applies.

    Prices on our website include a front, one location embroidery. If you would like additional locations, it does add to the price. The maximum embroidery size for custom polo hats is 4.2" wide by 2.1" high. The smallest letters that can be embroidered are .25" high.
